I apologize for being forced to declare all of this legal stuff, however, I was forced into doing it. You see, recently, I became aware of another website, whose author had not only used my images without my permission, approval, or knowledge, but he used my HTML code, with only minor changes to the text, as well.

This use of materials that I had put time and effort into has since been removed, however, the event has left an indelible sorrow in me. Such a thing should not have happened anywhere, but for it to have occured in a new "universe" such as the Internet, a place with so much promise to allow it's inhabitants freedoms elsewhere suppressed (i.e. that of speech) is a blow to those same inhabitants of which I am one. Hence, the legal stuff.
