FTP is a common Internet protocol used to transfer files from one computer to another. It is this protocol that will be used to transfer your finished website to SightSpecific's servers. Via the FTP protocol, you will have full access to your SightSpecific hosted website, cgi-bin directory, and more. Your FTP site's address, like those of your website and EMail accounts will be personalized to your domain, as in ftp.youname.com. |
