The term "bandwidth" is used to describe an amount of data being transferred
via a network connection. Typically it used in the context of the total amount of
data that a connection is capable of sending at any given time. For example,
SightSpecific's T-1 connection has a maximum bandwidth of 1.54 Mbps. As relates
to hosted websites, bandwidth applies to the amount of data that a client is allowed
to transfer, at no additional cost, over the host's Internet connection.
All SightSpecific hosted accounts are allowed unlimited bandwidth. This means
that there is no limit on the amount of data that you can transfer. This means that
you will not have to pay more, the more popular your website becomes.
