What is a Backup? |

While not too common, computers have been known to misbehave and sometimes, for no apparent reason, you'll find some of your files missing. It is always a good idea to create a backup copy of your data for just such an event. While it is suggested that a web author keep a backup of one's data (as SightSpecific does for all of our clients), we also create daily backups of every website hosted by our servers. In the event of data loss, we can retrieve the lost data from our backup copies. In the event that you accidentally delete your files and you do not have a backup, SightSpecific can retrieve your files from backup for a slight fee. Exact costs are determined on a per case basis. |
